ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON EDUCATION IN THE COLONIES.

With reference to Item 3 (b) of the

38th Minutes, I circulate for consideration by the

Committee a Report on the inauguration of the Junior Technical School, Hong Kong, which has been prepared

by the Principal of the School. A memorandum by

Mr. Mayhew summarising some of the more important

points in the Report is also attached.
